This is why we need feminism.

After watching this documentary, Il Corpo delle Donne, I feel sickened. It's about how women are represented on Italian tv. I'd advise everyone to watch it, but it does feature many offensive, disgusting video clips (nsfw). It is likely to make you feel sad/angry. Like the narrator said, "Why aren't women out on the streets protesting?"

If any Italian or anyone with knowledge about Italian television, female or male, happens to read this and would like to impart any more information on the subject, or on the treatment of women in Italy in general, feel free to post a comment.

Similarly, feel free to post about the treatment of women in any other country.

I think this has made me angry with Italy in general. Well actually, I was already pretty angry (can't stand the fascists and Berlusconi. Sorry to anyone who supports him.)

Could this be the end of Roma love?

Actually, I think that might have already been starting to end.

I'm not gonna comment on Italian TV because I don't watch much TV and I don't really care but.. what does Roma have to do with this?

I was just angry with Italy in general. And I'm a bit angry with football too. But maybe I was overreacting a little due to the act that the documentary made me so angry.

I don't watch much tv either, but I still found the documentary shocking.
